Speaker 1: the Desert twenty twenty five or an event Horizon, and
Speaker 1: I am super super stoked to be sitting down with
Speaker 1: someone who I've admired for many, many years. He needs
Speaker 1: no introduction, so about make it short and sweet, Danny Shean.
Speaker 1: I know you're a busy man, so say thank you
Speaker 1: for sitting down.
Speaker 2: Let me through, Tyler, Thanks for thanks for having the time.
Speaker 1: Of course, of course, so I really want to jump
Speaker 1: into this here because you know, I've had these questions
Speaker 1: rolling in my head and what do I want to
Speaker 1: talk to Danny about. I want to talk about your
Speaker 1: latest initiative and you know, really how how your average
Speaker 1: to this and being get involved with disclosure and how
Speaker 1: they can help mount pressure on Congress to continue and
Speaker 1: pass these laws for whistleblowers, for people coming forward who
Speaker 1: have evidence and stuff that we need support for. But
Speaker 1: also I would like to talk about you know, this,
Speaker 1: this introduction of psionics and this it seems to be
Speaker 1: a sleight of hand issue here. So maybe we could
Speaker 1: start with with your latest initiative to get people involved
Speaker 1: with disclosure.
Speaker 2: Well, we've got the there's an organization's been set up.
Speaker 2: It's called the New Paradigm Institute, okay, and that we
Speaker 2: set this up after I was contacted by Luis Alessandro
Speaker 2: and after he had revealed to the New York Times
Speaker 2: the existence of this Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification project that
Speaker 2: he was the director of and started getting all kinds
Speaker 2: of attacks coming at him from the people in the Pentagon.
Speaker 2: Susan Goo and others were just flat out lying, saying
Speaker 2: that there never was any says program, we don't know
Speaker 2: what you're talk about. We don't know who Louis Alessando is.
Speaker 2: He contacted me and asked if I would work with
Speaker 2: him to put together a legal complaint to file with
Speaker 2: the Inspector General of the Defense Department. And it was
Speaker 2: it was not only a complaint that people were lying
Speaker 2: about him, but that they were lying to Congress about
Speaker 2: the existence of this entire program, and that they were
Speaker 2: lying to the American public about the existence of this
Speaker 2: extraterrestrial presence here on the planet in the reality of
Speaker 2: the UFO phenomenon. So we put together, in coordination with
Speaker 2: lew at the beginning this new Paradigm Institute, we put
Speaker 2: together under the five h one C three Public Interest
Speaker 2: Charter of our Romero Institute that have been going for
Speaker 2: forty years that we've been dealing with all kinds of
Speaker 2: different issues, and that's why he called us that he
Speaker 2: knew that we could put together a citizen organization. So
Speaker 2: what we've done is we've set up a project called
Speaker 2: Citizens for Disclosure, and we worked with people that were
Speaker 2: in the Senate, working with the Senate Intelligence Committee to
Speaker 2: craft this sixty four page bill that set up an
Speaker 2: entire cartography pursuant to which we could roll out this
Speaker 2: infram to the people of the world and at the
Speaker 2: same time prepare the major political institutions, economic institutions of
Speaker 2: our world, in religious institutions to kind of absorb this information.
Speaker 2: And that's the new Paradigm Institute and its component element,
Speaker 2: which is Citizens for Disclosure. We're going to be organizing.
Speaker 2: We're in the process of organizing now chapters in all
Speaker 2: four hundred and thirty five congressional districts across the country.
Speaker 2: We have chapters now in thirty two of the fifty
Speaker 2: states that are set up already. We're setting up we're
Speaker 2: going to be then setting up teams inside each election district,
Speaker 2: inside the congressional district, the political precincts. This is a
Speaker 2: straight on the ground, full scale public education, grassroots organizing
Speaker 2: campaign to turn our attention citizen attention to this issue
Speaker 2: and to then in turn have them turn their attention
Speaker 2: to their local congress person, of which they are four
Speaker 2: hundred and thirty five. Most people in the country don't
Speaker 2: even know how many of them there are, and they
Speaker 2: don't know who their congress person is. So we're going
Speaker 2: to help inform people as to who their congress person is,
Speaker 2: what committees they sit on, what they voted on in
Speaker 2: the past, and why we know that there's complete bipartisan support.
Speaker 2: It's this issue of getting exposure of what the UFO
Speaker 2: phenomenon is all about and what our government knows about.
Speaker 2: It is the one true bipartisan issue in all of
Speaker 2: the Congress that the most conservative of all the Republicans,
Speaker 2: even in the Freedom Caucus, all the way to the
Speaker 2: most progressive elements in the Democratic Party of the Progressive Caucus,
Speaker 2: are all uniformly supportive of getting this bill passed. The
Speaker 2: problem is that even though we've passed it through the
Speaker 2: United States Senate. We've run into a resistance over on
Speaker 2: the House side that the former chairman the Media, past
Speaker 2: Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, a member of Michael
Speaker 2: Turner out of Ohio, comes from the congressional district that
Speaker 2: houses the Wright Patterson Air Force Base, and this is
Speaker 2: the place to which the debris taken from the Oswell
Speaker 2: crash back in July of nineteen forty seven was taken.
Speaker 2: Is one of the central places where they're engaged in
Speaker 2: the reverse engineering of the technology that's been recovered from
Speaker 2: the craft in an attempt to make a new weapons
Speaker 2: system out of it. So the New Paradigm Institute in
Speaker 2: general and the Citizens for Disclosure in particular are the
Speaker 2: newest undertaking on the part of our organizations of all
Speaker 2: the UFO community to gather the people together, get them trained,
Speaker 2: so they can have coffee clatches at their house, you know,
Speaker 2: invite their friends and neighbors over for a Friday evening,
Speaker 2: show them some you know. We've put it all out
Speaker 2: on YouTube. A lot of the major interviews. We've got,
Speaker 2: you know, like probably eight or ten or twelve major
Speaker 2: interviewers such as yourself who are doing interviews like this,
Speaker 2: and the people that you've been talking to and so
Speaker 2: they're available on YouTube. All they have to just go
Speaker 2: and watch them so they can pick out some key interviews.
Speaker 2: For example, have their friends over Friday, you know, have
Speaker 2: coffee and donuts and stuff like that, show them the
Speaker 2: videos and then have them sign up to to become
Speaker 2: members of their Citizens for Disclosure Group, and then they
Speaker 2: can send letters to their congress persons to tell them
Speaker 2: that they want this disclosure bill passed. So we've got
Speaker 2: this all coordinated. Now we've got the sixty four page bill,
Speaker 2: we know what the process is that will be adopted.
Speaker 2: We can use this as a basis for organizing people,
Speaker 2: educating people so they know what this legislation will do.
Speaker 2: It directs the President to appoint a body, a group
Speaker 2: of nine American citizens who are going to review all
Speaker 2: of the internal information in possession of our government agencies
Speaker 2: about the UFO phenomenon, you know, and then everything that's
Speaker 2: older than twenty five years old. They're going to demand
Speaker 2: that that be released publicly immediately, Okay. And at the
Speaker 2: same time, what our new Paradigm Institute is doing is
Speaker 2: trying to craft recommendations as to what steps need to
Speaker 2: be taken to modify our president, geopolitical structures, our treaty
Speaker 2: organizations on our planet, the political structures of our citizens,
Speaker 2: the economic structures that we have, the religious institutions that
Speaker 2: have to get updated on. You know, they've all talked
Speaker 2: about the escaton, you know, the point where the point
Speaker 2: where you know, everything will come to a head and
Speaker 2: we will all reach out and embrace the kind of
Speaker 2: qualities that whoever the prophit was of their particular religious tradition,
Speaker 2: they were able to display all kinds of extraordinary capabilities.
Speaker 2: There'll come a point in time when all of our
Speaker 2: human family will be able to display these types of capabilities.
Speaker 2: You know that this is something that the New Paradigm
Speaker 2: Institute is trying to work with people to prepare for
Speaker 2: this process. So it takes on potentially this kind of
Speaker 2: evangelical kind of dimension, right because it's the evangelic is
Speaker 2: to sharing the good news. That's what That's what it
Speaker 2: means that a person who brings the good news to
Speaker 2: the people about what's going on, this revelation of the
Speaker 2: reality of the UFO phenomenon. After all these years, past
Speaker 2: eighty years, people have been hearing about it. They've seen
Speaker 2: all kinds of science fiction movies about it. But the
Speaker 2: fact is the reality is now upon us where this
Speaker 2: is getting set to happen, uh, and we all need
Speaker 2: to start, we need to start getting ready for this.
Speaker 2: So that's our newest endeavor right now of the New
Speaker 2: Paradigm Institute and the Citizens for Disclosure, and so that's
Speaker 2: why we're asking everybody to just contact New Paradigm Institute
Speaker 2: dot org and click the link that signs you up
Speaker 2: to be a member of Citizens for Disclosure. Is completely free,
Speaker 2: and we will customize a response to your district before
Speaker 2: you live. You just put in your name and what
Speaker 2: your zip code is so that we'll know you know
Speaker 2: where you live, what congressional district you're in. Will send
Speaker 2: a customized report to you about who your congress person is,
Speaker 2: what they vote, how they vote on things. As I said,
Speaker 2: you know what their position is on this already, you
Speaker 2: know what new information they may need to have in
Speaker 2: order to resolve that they're going to vote for these
Speaker 2: bills coming up. And tell them about the legislation because
Speaker 2: a lot of the people that are in the House
Speaker 2: of Representatives didn't even know that the Senate had passed
Speaker 2: this major bill because it got folded into the kind
Speaker 2: of several thousand page National Defense Authorization Act that covers
Speaker 2: everything from building a new aircraft carrier to a new
Speaker 2: jet fighter. And here, all of a sudden, buried in
Speaker 2: these thousands of pages was this sixty four page section
Speaker 2: about setting up this particular group to reveal the information
Speaker 2: about UFOs, so that we want to get people to
Speaker 2: know that this portion of the bill exists, that we
Speaker 2: want that put back into the National Defense Authorization Act
Speaker 2: so that it will be passed by Congress. So that's
Speaker 2: what we're doing right now. And we're here this weekend
Speaker 2: at the contact in the desert because there are like
Speaker 2: seven thousand people here who are interested in this particular issue.
Speaker 2: There are a couple dozen major speakers who are speaking
Speaker 2: to various aspects of this whole thing, and we have
Speaker 2: working groups where people are gathering together on the side
Speaker 2: and having meetings about what to do. So we've been
Speaker 2: meeting with some of the people that are already members
Speaker 2: of the Citizens for Disclosure, working on getting meetings set up.
Speaker 2: We're going there's an order outstanding that we've even gotten
Speaker 2: the House of Representatives to pass, already ordering all six
Speaker 2: of the United States Military services, all eighteen of our
Speaker 2: intelligence agencies, all thirty two of our United States Defense
Speaker 2: Department agencies who are in possession of information about UFOs
Speaker 2: which we know they have it, ordering them to put
Speaker 2: it all together into digital format with a searchable index,
Speaker 2: and make it available to the National Archives on October
Speaker 2: twenty of this year. So there's a big bango date
Speaker 2: just like that coming up, and we're going to have
Speaker 2: a Global Disclosure Day, the second annual such thing for
Speaker 2: people all around the country. It's like Earth Day, and
Speaker 2: we're hoping that it's going to end up having the
Speaker 2: same kind of notoriety of Labor Day or Memorial Day,
Speaker 2: you know, so that people all organize and focus on this.
Speaker 2: So we're going to be doing this on October twentieth,
Speaker 2: and we want the citizens to put pressure on all
Speaker 2: of the major agencies of the executive branch and the
Speaker 2: President who has promised that he's going to order the
Speaker 2: release of all of this information and he hasn't done
Speaker 2: it yet. Yeah, he's been there for like one hundred
Speaker 2: and twenty days already and he hasn't issued that executive order.
Speaker 2: So we want people to in addition to contacting their
Speaker 2: senators and Congress people to you know, send this letter
Speaker 2: out to put pressure on the President himself to issue
Speaker 2: this executive order ordering them to do this. But we
Speaker 2: want Congress involved. We don't want this just to be
Speaker 2: something done by the president alone. We want the Congress
Speaker 2: of the United States to be involved, so they're involved
Speaker 2: in nominating the people for the President to appoint to
Speaker 2: this nine person panel, and we need democratic participation in
Speaker 2: this process. In the panel, one of the things they're
Speaker 2: assigned to do in addition to reviewing all the information
Speaker 2: and releasing some of it, and what they're also in
Speaker 2: charge of doing is reviewing all the other information and
Speaker 2: no matter even if it's newer than twenty eight years old,
Speaker 2: of deciding how much of that's getting ready to be
Speaker 2: revealed right away, how quickly it's going to be revealed,
Speaker 2: And they're going to prepare very importantly a UFO controlled
Speaker 2: disclosure campaign plan, so that over a period of the
Speaker 2: seven year period of the statute that's covered, that they're
Speaker 2: going to be rolling all of this information out. At
Speaker 2: the same time, we're preparing the amendment of all of
Speaker 2: our major in institutions to prepare to absorb this new information.
Speaker 2: That's so that's that's what we're doing. The short answer
Speaker 2: to your question, that.
Speaker 1: Was a great answer. You know, it's funny it is
Speaker 1: when you said my turn now in that district. I
Speaker 1: looked into it a little bit. So it seems like
Speaker 1: it it's a lot of funding from companies like Lockheed
Speaker 1: and defense contractors.
Speaker 2: Right.
Speaker 1: So do you think that, I mean, I've obviously heard
Speaker 1: what you said in other interviews, but I mean, is
Speaker 1: it of your opinion that the d O D or
Speaker 1: some contractor that works in that space is responsible for
Speaker 1: the pushback, you know, or because they essentially you know,
Speaker 1: if they own these members of Congress, right they.
Speaker 2: They they they pay for their elections exactly. Very pointedly,
Speaker 2: you know that the the because right Patterson Air Force
Speaker 2: Base is the biggest air force base in the world,
Speaker 2: is right there, okay, And because the craft that was
Speaker 2: brought there originally other craft that have been recovered have
Speaker 2: been brought there, and so there's a focus on working
Speaker 2: on the back engineering of this technology there. And so
Speaker 2: the private aerospace corporations have kind of flocked to the
Speaker 2: area and set up offices, major field offices there to
Speaker 2: kind of be trying to get what they call wet
Speaker 2: their beak to kind of get their nose in the
Speaker 2: middle of this thing because they get these no bid contracts,
Speaker 2: no bids. Yeah, and so not only that, but they're
Speaker 2: open ended that you know, even if they engage in
Speaker 2: cost overruns. You know that they say, give us a
Speaker 2: piece of the technology, you know, give us twenty million dollars,
Speaker 2: and we'll develop X for you, will develop a platform
Speaker 2: that will deliver this nuclear weapon, for example, into the
Speaker 2: heart of China or Russia in two minutes, you know.
Speaker 2: And if they run over and it costs more than
Speaker 2: twenty billion dollars and it costs you know, like thirty
Speaker 2: billion dollars or forty billion dollars, you know that they
Speaker 2: still keep getting paid you for it. And so they're
Speaker 2: all there hogging out at the troth and so that
Speaker 2: it's pennies for them to turn around and pay, you know,
Speaker 2: tens of thousands of dollars, hundreds of thousands of dollars
Speaker 2: giving them in campaign contributions. Now that the United States
Speaker 2: Supreme Court and Citizens United has ruled that corporations are
Speaker 2: people our person and therefore they have First Amendment rights,
Speaker 2: and the First Amendment rights include being able to pay
Speaker 2: as much money as you want to contribute it to
Speaker 2: your the elected representatives. They've basically purchased the votes of
Speaker 2: those people exactly. So we've organized and gotten Michael Turner
Speaker 2: thrown out as the chair of the Intelligence of the
Speaker 2: Intelligence Committee in the House because he was he was
Speaker 2: placing the interests of his own funders over the national
Speaker 2: interests of the world.
Speaker 3: Actually, don't you think it'd be safe to say that
Speaker 3: these Okay, so if there's a vested interest in getting
Speaker 3: this technology and getting pieces of it, that one of
Speaker 3: these contracts might have been created directed energy weapon, so
Speaker 3: we can bring more of these craft down, so we
Speaker 3: can get more of the pieces, so we can keep
Speaker 3: this train running.
Speaker 2: Well, we know that they've developed it, you know, and
Speaker 2: we know that the process is always leasing out these
Speaker 2: contracts to private aerospace contractors, you know, in weapons contractors,
Speaker 2: and so that they've clearly developed some type of an
Speaker 2: electric some sort it is capable of interrupting the navigation
Speaker 2: system of the UFOs, and so they've been knocking them
Speaker 2: down and then capturing the crew, in some cases killing
Speaker 2: the crew. Okay, Now, these are acts of war that
Speaker 2: are being undertaken by a group that is lying to Congress,
Speaker 2: concealing their activities, uh, embezzling money out of other appropriated
Speaker 2: funds to secretly fund their operations. This is a rampantly
Speaker 2: criminal operation that's going on. It's not only unconstitutional, but
Speaker 2: it's criminal. They violate all kinds of specific criminal laws
Speaker 2: against embezzlement, witness intimidation, uh, you know, a theft of
Speaker 2: government property which they take and give to the private
Speaker 2: aerospace corporations. You know, fraudulent bidding, perjury, committing perjury to Congress.
Speaker 2: You know these are these are and so another thing
Speaker 2: that our new that our new Paradigm Innistrut is doing
Speaker 2: is crafting a major federal Criminal Racketeering Act criminal complaint.
Speaker 2: And we're in communication with people in the high levels
Speaker 2: of the Justice Department to say, look at this is
Speaker 2: a criminal operation. Uh, you've got to indict these people.
Speaker 2: We've got to have a grand jury put together together
Speaker 2: the information together, uh and and and force these people
Speaker 2: to testify. We can give certain individuals immunity so that
Speaker 2: we can get their information like in any case like this,
Speaker 2: And this is what the New Paradigm Institute is engaging.
Speaker 2: We've been asked to do this, just like we got
Speaker 2: asked to draft the fifteen page enhanced UFO Whistleblower Legislation,
Speaker 2: which we've now put into the House of Representatives given
Speaker 2: them the option of dramatically increasing the protections for the
Speaker 2: whistleblowers that are specifically focusing on the UFO issue, because
Speaker 2: they need more protection than general whistleblowers because of the
Speaker 2: kind of levels of retaliation that have been taken against them.
Speaker 2: So all these things are being coordinated by the New
Speaker 2: Paradigm Institute, and so if people will get in touch
Speaker 2: with us directly and become participants in the Citizens for Disclosure,
Speaker 2: they'll have access to all this information.
Speaker 1: And one of the biggest things that I mean, so
Speaker 1: aside from the huge criminal criminality this, the others whatever
Speaker 1: they are, whoever they are, have clearly shown a tremendous
Speaker 1: amount of restraint because I mean, like you said, what
Speaker 1: they're committing is acts of war, and they're entering us
Speaker 1: into a potential.
Speaker 2: You mean, our people, our people are doing that, yes,
Speaker 2: against them.
Speaker 1: Entering us into an interplanetary, interplanetary war with a non
Speaker 1: human intelligence without the public's consent or I mean, we
Speaker 1: saw how that happened, with what happens with Vietnam. When
Speaker 1: the public doesn't want to go to war with someone.
Speaker 2: That's right, that's right. And so in this particular case,
Speaker 2: you know, they're lying, they're doing it in secret. I mean,
Speaker 2: at least everybody knew that the Vietnam War was going
Speaker 2: on in protest, so so we could get organized to
Speaker 2: try to protest against it. But right now they're lying
Speaker 2: to Congress and lying to everybody. You know, there's no
Speaker 2: such thing happening. We don't know what you're talking about.
Speaker 2: But it's all being done in secret. And so that
Speaker 2: what we need to do is we need to get
Speaker 2: this revealed first, and that's why the disclosure is the
Speaker 2: first step. Okay. At the same time, we'll be working,
Speaker 2: you know, in the Institute to develop the alternative policies
Speaker 2: in structures that we need to put in place to
Speaker 2: absorb all this information. We need to be prepared, for example,
Speaker 2: for a completely new alternative energy source that may well
Speaker 2: replace fossil fuels entirely. So the entire petroleum industry is
Speaker 2: going to go flat on their butt, you know. And
Speaker 2: what we have to do is we have to get
Speaker 2: prepared for that because we have a petroleum dollar. You
Speaker 2: know that the American dollar is rooted in the value
Speaker 2: of a fifty gallon drum of oil. Okay, people aren't
Speaker 2: aware of this. So there's a lot of things that
Speaker 2: need to get done to prepare for a smooth transition,
Speaker 2: a soft landing, for this particular process to take place.
Speaker 2: But the statute is proposing doing this over a seven
Speaker 2: year period. So what we want to do is get
Speaker 2: this started like right now, in twenty twenty five, so
Speaker 2: by the time we get to two thousand and thirty
Speaker 2: two thousand and thirty two, we'll have this process in
Speaker 2: place so that we can make this transition. That's what
Speaker 2: the New Paradigm Institute is all about. That's the thing
Speaker 2: that people have invited us here to talk about. You know,
Speaker 2: I've done I've done four major ninety minute presentations about
Speaker 2: different aspects of all of this, and I've been on
Speaker 2: three panels. I'll be on another panel tomorrow sharing the
Speaker 2: information because we're trying to get all seven thousand people
Speaker 2: signed up here and then have them get their friends
Speaker 2: and neighbors signed up because this is the this is
Speaker 2: the way this has if we're going to have if
Speaker 2: democracy is going to be able to survive, this type
Speaker 2: of assault through this secret team of people working. You
Speaker 2: know that we're going to have to exercise our rights
Speaker 2: as citizens, and we're going to have to We're going
Speaker 2: to have to fulfill our duties as citizens if we're
Speaker 2: going to preserve our democracy. That's why nothing short of
Speaker 2: that is important. Right now. People are very concerned about
Speaker 2: maintaining our agency in the face of a whole extraterrestrial civilization.
Speaker 2: But we have to demonstrate that we can exercise our
Speaker 2: agency as a democracy against this kind of elite one
Speaker 2: to one hundredth of one percent of the people in
Speaker 2: the in the world running everything. You know, we've got
Speaker 2: to be able to take over the institutions of our government,
Speaker 2: stop this kind of secret war that's going on against
Speaker 2: the extraterrestrials, prepare ourselves to integrate the information that they're
Speaker 2: going to be providing to us, and try to establish
Speaker 2: a much more harmonious and mutually respectful and mutually beneficial
Speaker 2: relationship with the extraterrestrial civilization.
Speaker 1: Because maybe when we do admit that, you said, when
Speaker 1: all that does come to fruition and it has time
Speaker 1: to breathe, maybe then open contact can take place. Because
Speaker 1: we are willing to change and to be better. You know,
Speaker 1: it seems that, you know, as humans, we love to
Speaker 1: put ourselves in categories and separate each other, but we
Speaker 1: forget often that we are one human race, and you know,
Speaker 1: at the end of the day, we need to help
Speaker 1: each other. That's right, that's the only I don't think
Speaker 1: there's nothing that a united human race couldn't do. And
Speaker 1: I think that's why they like us divided so that
Speaker 1: we can't organize, because we are so so powerful in numbers.
Speaker 2: That's right. That's what the theory of democracy is all about.
Speaker 2: And what we want to be able to do is
Speaker 2: demonstrate that we're capable of actually exercising our democratic rights
Speaker 2: so that if we're going to preserve them in the
Speaker 2: face of an entire civilization that may have transcended that
Speaker 2: entire process have some sort of elite supercomputer system or
Speaker 2: something that tells them what to do or whatever it.
Speaker 2: We want to be able to preserve our agency as
Speaker 2: human beings to engage in exercises of free will, and
Speaker 2: we have to demonstrate that we're capable of doing that,
Speaker 2: that we are really interested in preserving that right that
Speaker 2: we have, so that when we do have open contact
Speaker 2: and communication with them. They'll appreciate the fact that this
Speaker 2: is part of our culture and that we demand that
Speaker 2: we be allowed to exercise democratic decision making over our lives.
Speaker 2: And that's the long run of what we're doing here.
Speaker 1: Absolutely, And I'm going to put a so there'll be

Speaker 1: things that you've seen, done and been a part of

Speaker 1: in the presence of UFO material.

Speaker 2: presence of a UFO being. I've never been in the
Speaker 2: presence of one of the craft. You know that. I
Speaker 2: know that there was some material that was brought to
Speaker 2: a meeting in Las Vegas by hal put Off. Yes,
Speaker 2: that that doctor Putoff believes is material from a craft.
Speaker 2: But I wasn't at that meeting, and I've met when
Speaker 2: many people who have been there present, but I have
Speaker 2: not that I've I've come to realize all this from photographs.
Speaker 2: I've seen, the motion pictures that I've seen, videos that
Speaker 2: I've seen, documents that I've read that have all previously
Speaker 2: been classified, and so that I know I've seen the
Speaker 2: inside information about all of this, So I know that
Speaker 2: it exists, and I know that we've got access to
Speaker 2: information which, if presented to a jury of twelve just
Speaker 2: average citizens are going to conclude beyond any reasonable doubt
Speaker 2: that this is true and that these things are happening
Speaker 2: right now, and that we need to mobilize as citizens
Speaker 2: to protect our rights and to exercise our democratic freedoms
Speaker 2: to get control of this so that we can participate
Speaker 2: in deciding what the protocols are pursued to which we're
Speaker 2: going to coordinate our relations with this extraterrestrial civilization for
Speaker 2: the next ten thousand years. You know, it's not going
Speaker 2: to be left up to some military intelligence group of
Speaker 2: like twenty five or thirty men, you know, who are
Speaker 2: deciding what our relationship is going to be with this
Speaker 2: entire extraterrestrial civilization. That cannot be allowed to go on.
Speaker 2: That is a complete violation of democracy. It's a complete
Speaker 2: violation of our constitutional system. It's a complete violation even
Speaker 2: of our criminal laws. So we need to step forward
Speaker 2: and take action right now.
Speaker 1: And that's that's, you know, there it is. We need
