0:29 Speaker 1: Chief of Aerospace Medicine for the forty fifth Medical Group.

0:36 Speaker 1: Patrick Air Force Base, the Cape Canaveral Air Force Station,

0:40 Speaker 1: and the Eastern Space and Missile Center. We likewise operated

0:45 Speaker 1: control of the Eastern Missile Range, as well as supporting

0:49 Speaker 1: operations for multiple tenant organizations. These would include AFTACH or,

0:54 Speaker 1: the Air Force Technical Application Center, and the U two

0:58 Speaker 1: Spyplanes the ninth Strategic Reconnaissance Wings that were stationed at

1:04 Speaker 1: Patrick at that time. We also supported NASA operations both

1:09 Speaker 1: on the Cape Canaveral Air Force Station side and the

1:11 Speaker 1: Kennedy Space Center side. I usually assisted NASA's Space Shuttle

1:16 Speaker 1: missions through the DDMS, or Department of Defense Men's Space

1:20 Speaker 1: Flight Support Office. I similarly had the privilege of performing

1:25 Speaker 1: numerous air sea rescues in the Atlantic Ocean aboard the

1:29 Speaker 1: HH three helicopters of the forty first Air Rescue Squadron

1:33 Speaker 1: and the HH sixty helicopters of the three or first

1:37 Speaker 1: Rescue Squadron. I was awarded two Sikorski Rescue Awards, a

1:42 Speaker 1: Humanitarian Service Medal and an Air Medal due to the

1:45 Speaker 1: joint efforts to support the people of South Africa after

1:49 Speaker 1: the devastation caused by Hurricane Andrew. I served as a

1:53 Speaker 1: rescue flight surgeon for the astronauts at Kennedy Space Center

1:56 Speaker 1: or KSC during more than two dozen Space Shuttle missions,

2:01 Speaker 1: then with their subsequent landings at both Kennedy's Space Center

2:05 Speaker 1: and ed Edwards Air Force Base in California, via the

2:08 Speaker 1: support Operations Center at the CAPE. Starting with my arrival

2:13 Speaker 1: to Patrick Air Force Base in nineteen eighty nine, I

2:15 Speaker 1: received specialized training from the Department of Defense, including the

2:19 Speaker 1: Air Force Base Operations Course and also the STS or

2:23 Speaker 1: Shuttle Orbiter Familiarization Course, both held at Cape Canaveral Air

2:28 Speaker 1: Force Station. I was then certified as a NASA flight

2:32 Speaker 1: surgeon at Johnson Space Center, Texas. Similarly, I also supported

2:36 Speaker 1: NASA and Air Force launches of Titan Atlas and Delta

2:41 Speaker 1: unmanned missions operating from the Cape. There were additional duties

2:45 Speaker 1: that performed that are not suitable for discussion here. This

2:49 Speaker 1: period of my service to the US Air Force and

2:51 Speaker 1: NASA included during the year nineteen ninety two. I would

2:55 Speaker 1: like to specify that I assuredly believed that the universe

2:59 Speaker 1: was created by God, and that I feel all truth

3:02 Speaker 1: of our sciences unmistakenly point to this being true. I

3:06 Speaker 1: believe that the so called Big Bang and the moment

3:09 Speaker 1: in Genesis when God said let there be light each

3:13 Speaker 1: describe exactly the same event. As such, God has created

3:17 Speaker 1: an immensely complex universe that continues to unfold before our eyes.

3:23 Speaker 1: God has many mysteries that are far beyond our knowledge

3:26 Speaker 1: and current experience. We know from the Bible in other

3:29 Speaker 1: forms of scripture that we humans are not His only creations.

3:35 Speaker 1: We as humans believe we are highly intelligent and have

3:39 Speaker 1: truly learned so much about this vast and magnificent creation. Nevertheless,

3:44 Speaker 1: there are far more truths that we do not comprehend

3:47 Speaker 1: than all that we do through science. Even over just

3:51 Speaker 1: the last few hundred years. I fully believe that if

3:55 Speaker 1: we could somehow see ahead just two hundred years into

3:58 Speaker 1: our own future, that the level of our human science

4:01 Speaker 1: is available at that time would completely dwarf the level

4:05 Speaker 1: of physics and other sciences that we are so very

4:08 Speaker 1: proud to know today. We have much to learn about

4:13 Speaker 1: all of the things that God created, and that includes

4:19 Speaker 1: events related to our own meager existence before God put

4:24 Speaker 1: us on this planet. In other words, we humans are

4:28 Speaker 1: not nearly as smart as we think we are. There

4:31 Speaker 1: is far more within this universe that we do not

4:34 Speaker 1: know compared to what we fully understand in our times.

4:39 Speaker 1: With this said, I will address the experience I witnessed

4:42 Speaker 1: on Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in nineteen ninety two.

4:46 Speaker 1: As best as I recall, the event was in the

4:48 Speaker 1: late spring of that year. What a witness was in

4:51 Speaker 1: no way expected, desired, nor selected by me. Instead, it

4:57 Speaker 1: was a matter of sheer happenstance. From my viewpoint, had

5:02 Speaker 1: I been given a choice, I would have chosen not

5:05 Speaker 1: to have been part of this experience. The sad truth

5:08 Speaker 1: is that it happened in a fashion that both surprised me

5:12 Speaker 1: and then made me quite angry afterwards. I had been

5:17 Speaker 1: to a facility on the Cape in my responsibility of

5:20 Speaker 1: oversight for some of the medical operations on the Cape

5:24 Speaker 1: in my role as the Chief of Aerospace Medicine for

5:27 Speaker 1: the forty fifth Space Wing. The functional contractor was EGNNG,

5:31 Speaker 1: which sends for Edgerton, gurmis Housen and Greer Incorporated, which

5:36 Speaker 1: is a major national defense contractor. There were also a

5:41 Speaker 1: large number of other major DoD and space contracting organizations

5:45 Speaker 1: that held a supporting role in dealing with both on

5:48 Speaker 1: the Cape and over at Kennedy Space Center. On this

5:52 Speaker 1: particular day, I had just finished being shown a new

5:56 Speaker 1: function with one of our many Cape buildings. Contractor guide

6:01 Speaker 1: had left as soon as we finished my introduction to

6:06 Speaker 1: the process. To enter or exit that bay, you had

6:10 Speaker 1: to wear a hair cap, lab coat and non electrostatic booties.

6:16 Speaker 1: As we egress that bay, I was slower than my

6:20 Speaker 1: guide in doffing my gear, so I was a minute

6:23 Speaker 1: or two behind him. As I entered the hallway to

6:26 Speaker 1: get to the exit, the escort had left, but an

6:29 Speaker 1: unfamiliar major stopped me within this hallway. He told me

6:33 Speaker 1: he had something important that he wanted to show me.

6:36 Speaker 1: Having no idea what it might be I accepted this invitation.

6:42 Speaker 1: I need to explain that I, in my flight medicine team,

6:46 Speaker 1: performed annual physicals and routine medical care for a large

6:49 Speaker 1: range of pilots, aircrew, many support personnel within flight organizations,

6:55 Speaker 1: air traffic controllers, combat air controllers, missile crews, after TACH personnel,

7:01 Speaker 1: dB and MAS personnel, and even US Navy personnel operating

7:06 Speaker 1: out at No. Two or the Naval Ordnance Test Unit

7:09 Speaker 1: out of Port Canaveral Naval Station. We sometimes supported transient

7:14 Speaker 1: astronauts visiting dignitaries, personnel who supported a unique State Department

7:20 Speaker 1: mission outside of US territory of Waters and Aerospace, and

7:26 Speaker 1: other specialized functions. Because of this, the major knew me,

7:32 Speaker 1: even though I was unfamiliar with him, for a good reason.

7:36 Speaker 1: As is often the case with doctors, patients recall visiting

7:41 Speaker 1: us far better than we recall their visit. I might

7:45 Speaker 1: see a fair number of sick called patients, eight or

7:49 Speaker 1: ten patients in a day, plus up to eight flight

7:53 Speaker 1: or specialized physical patients in a single day. The patients

7:59 Speaker 1: would tend to run together for me for even a

8:01 Speaker 1: month's time. However, I certainly did not remember patients that

8:07 Speaker 1: I might have seen only once over the past year,

8:10 Speaker 1: or even once every other year. Still, since coming to

8:15 Speaker 1: the flight surgeon's office was so unique to those patients,

8:19 Speaker 1: they all expected that I would know who they were

8:23 Speaker 1: and what they were doing, despite the fact that we

8:25 Speaker 1: only had two flight surgeons who were present for all

8:29 Speaker 1: of the patient visits for all of the personnel and

8:33 Speaker 1: units that I mentioned before. When this major approached me,

8:38 Speaker 1: he stated that he had something to show me that

8:40 Speaker 1: even I had never seen, and that was how he

8:44 Speaker 1: stated it. I have presumed since that time that he

8:47 Speaker 1: said this because I had security clearances to go to

8:50 Speaker 1: most of the facilities at Cape Canaveral, often requiring security escorts,

8:56 Speaker 1: while most workers only had their approved clearances to go

9:00 Speaker 1: to the specific buildings and locations where they personally worked.

9:05 Speaker 1: This idea was to maintain security compartmentalization. This would limit

9:11 Speaker 1: the risk of people from one functional area learning about

9:14 Speaker 1: key classified tasks performed in any other locations that they

9:18 Speaker 1: did not have the proper clearance nor the actual need

9:22 Speaker 1: to know for that information. Because I sometimes traveled all

9:27 Speaker 1: over the Cape, I saw much more of our facilities

9:30 Speaker 1: and operations than did the common workers. This officer quickly

9:36 Speaker 1: directed me into a nearby office and locked the door

9:39 Speaker 1: behind us. There were luvered blinds on the windows looking

9:43 Speaker 1: out into the hall, and he closed these. He then

9:46 Speaker 1: commented that he was going to show me something that

9:49 Speaker 1: would knock my socks off. He sat down at a

9:53 Speaker 1: computer station and turned on the screen and the computer.

9:57 Speaker 1: When it came up, he took a minute or two

9:59 Speaker 1: to find the video he wanted. Then he had me

10:02 Speaker 1: sit down in his chair while he moved to the

10:05 Speaker 1: chair just beside me to my left. I had absolutely

10:09 Speaker 1: no idea what I was about to see. In witness

10:13 Speaker 1: on the screen there came a video that appeared to

10:16 Speaker 1: be a closed circuit television feed from a fairly typical

10:19 Speaker 1: flight hanger. There were no markings of any kind on

10:22 Speaker 1: this video. It did not show any kind of classification indicators,

10:28 Speaker 1: location indicators, time frame indicators for when the video was recorded,

10:34 Speaker 1: nor any type of other information on the display that

10:37 Speaker 1: was on the screen. However, what I saw on the

10:41 Speaker 1: screen was extremely unique to my experience. What I saw

10:46 Speaker 1: was a white, completely smooth vehicle that appeared to be

10:49 Speaker 1: a flying saucer. It was constructed in the shape of

10:53 Speaker 1: a modified circular egg, being equal in length and shape

10:58 Speaker 1: from all sides. As I would learned as I watched

11:01 Speaker 1: the video, its contour was totally smooth, with no light,

11:05 Speaker 1: flight control surface, pedo tubes, propulsion systems, antennae, or other

11:10 Speaker 1: projections that might be seen on any typical aircraft or spacecraft.

11:15 Speaker 1: While it was generally spherical, it was about twenty feet

11:19 Speaker 1: in length. I would guess it had a type of

11:23 Speaker 1: beam or equatorial region, with about sixty percent of the

11:28 Speaker 1: craft being above this region and forty percent of the

11:31 Speaker 1: craft being below this region. A shallow dome could be

11:36 Speaker 1: seen at its apex. It was completely white, with no seams, rivets,

11:41 Speaker 1: or other clues to its construction. The only exceptions were

11:46 Speaker 1: a pair of vertical and horizontal black rectangles that had

11:51 Speaker 1: been painted, and I assumed these markings were to be

11:56 Speaker 1: used when evaluating a test vehicle because I had seen

11:59 Speaker 1: them on some of the test aircraft. The three vertical

12:05 Speaker 1: rectangles were only on the upper section of the vehicle,

12:09 Speaker 1: located at what I would call the three o'clock, six

12:12 Speaker 1: o'clock and nine o'clock positions. The four horizontal rectangles were

12:17 Speaker 1: along the beam or equatorial region, located at twelve thirty

12:21 Speaker 1: to two thirty position, three thirty to five thirty position,

12:26 Speaker 1: then from six thirty to eight thirty position, then from

12:30 Speaker 1: nine thirty to eleven thirty positions. Now, when I initially

12:34 Speaker 1: saw the vehicle, the camera angle was from somewhat above

12:38 Speaker 1: the vehicle looking down on it from the three o'clock position,

12:42 Speaker 1: I only gained the rest of the information I just

12:44 Speaker 1: provided about the full range of rectangles only at the

12:50 Speaker 1: time that I witnessed it moving. Later on, I could

12:54 Speaker 1: partially make out information at the twelve o'clock position, but

12:57 Speaker 1: did not get a full view of it until it

13:00 Speaker 1: initially rotated in the clock rise direction. I am calling

13:05 Speaker 1: this the twelve o'clock position because that was the only

13:09 Speaker 1: section that had any sort of actual writing on it.

13:14 Speaker 1: As I saw it move, I was extremely surprised to

13:19 Speaker 1: see that just above the beam it said US air Force,

13:24 Speaker 1: and just above that was the flight insignia for US aircraft,

13:28 Speaker 1: which is a blue circle with a white star on it,

13:31 Speaker 1: with red and white bars extending to the left and

13:34 Speaker 1: right of the blue margins. As I mentioned, there was

13:38 Speaker 1: a shallow, blended dome to the apex of the vehicle,

13:41 Speaker 1: and here a pole extended straight up from the vertex

13:45 Speaker 1: of this dome. The pole was then attached to what

13:48 Speaker 1: appeared to be umbilical hoses that were twirled around each other,

13:52 Speaker 1: and these extended from above the vehicle and upward out

13:56 Speaker 1: of my sight. Alongside the vehicle, to the lower left

14:00 Speaker 1: of the screen, I initially saw two men who were

14:03 Speaker 1: in white lab coats. I presumed these were engineers. To

14:08 Speaker 1: the right side, there were three technician type of people

14:12 Speaker 1: walking around in full body suits similar to what I

14:15 Speaker 1: would refer to today as tibex suits. It was the

14:20 Speaker 1: comparison of the people to the craft that caused me

14:25 Speaker 1: to estimate that it was twenty feet in length. There

14:29 Speaker 1: was a warning sound that went off and all of

14:32 Speaker 1: the people moved out of the way. While this was happening,

14:38 Speaker 1: I turned to the major to my left and asked

14:42 Speaker 1: who would build a vehicle like that? He said he

14:46 Speaker 1: could not tell me. I then asked, why would we

14:50 Speaker 1: design a craft and figured like that. His response was

14:56 Speaker 1: exactly what I'm going to show you right now, He went,

14:59 Speaker 1: we got it from then, pointing directly up, signaling in

15:08 Speaker 1: my interpretation that he was referring to space. All of

15:13 Speaker 1: a sudden, there were what appeared to be visual and

15:15 Speaker 1: auditory signs of electromagnetic discharges occurring around the vehicle. I

15:21 Speaker 1: will not describe this otherwise because even though there were

15:24 Speaker 1: no indications of the craft being classified, the fact that

15:28 Speaker 1: it was a flying saucer made me immediately expect that

15:31 Speaker 1: this surely had to be a classified craft. As such,

15:36 Speaker 1: I do not wish to disclose any information that might

15:39 Speaker 1: indicate its method of operations, propulsion, or other characteristics that

15:44 Speaker 1: might still be used by it or by even more

15:48 Speaker 1: advanced craft within the current inventory of the United States.

15:53 Speaker 1: The craft rose from the concrete so smoothly that had

15:56 Speaker 1: not been watching closely, I would not have recognized the motion.

16:01 Speaker 1: That the picture you see is my poor attempt to

16:05 Speaker 1: show what it looked like. It then smoothly rotated one

16:09 Speaker 1: complete cycle going clockwise, then did the same rotation in

16:15 Speaker 1: the counterclockwise position. At the end of this it was

16:19 Speaker 1: once more in the same position it had been in

16:22 Speaker 1: when it initially rose from the floor. It then moved

16:27 Speaker 1: to the right and left, then forward and backward, which

16:30 Speaker 1: I assumed was simply testing the controls for its motion.

16:35 Speaker 1: All of these actions seemed routine. Noting that it was

16:38 Speaker 1: a flying saucer, However, what it did next surprise me greatly.

16:43 Speaker 1: The vehicle rose from the front of the craft, tilting

16:47 Speaker 1: to a forty five degree forward angle of attack, but

16:51 Speaker 1: absolutely maintained its stationary position over the floor from where

16:55 Speaker 1: it had risen. I gave an exclamation about this, and

17:00 Speaker 1: the Major commented that he thought this would blow me away.

17:04 Speaker 1: Just then, there were knocks on the door in voices

17:07 Speaker 1: asking why the door was locked. The Major immediately turned

17:11 Speaker 1: off the computer console and screened and looked at me

17:14 Speaker 1: very seriously. He whispered, don't tell anyone I showed this

17:19 Speaker 1: to you. He then unlocked the door and three officers

17:22 Speaker 1: came in. One was a lieutenant colonel, who again asked

17:26 Speaker 1: why the door had been shut and locked. The Major

17:29 Speaker 1: stated that he had wanted to show me a skin lesion,

17:33 Speaker 1: so he had locked the door for the sake of

17:35 Speaker 1: his privacy. At this point, my mind was racing. If

17:40 Speaker 1: the video had shown any type of classified markings, I

17:44 Speaker 1: would have definitely had revealed that I had been shown

17:47 Speaker 1: a classified video in an improper setting. But I also

17:51 Speaker 1: considered that someone had to have shown him this video,

17:55 Speaker 1: whether properly or not, or the Major would not have

17:59 Speaker 1: known to look for it to even show me. If

18:03 Speaker 1: any of these officers had shown it to him, especially

18:07 Speaker 1: in an inappropriate manner, then they might also be guilty

18:10 Speaker 1: of this very same error. However, this was nineteen ninety two,

18:17 Speaker 1: and for me to say that I had just seen

18:19 Speaker 1: a flying saucer video would have been a very huge deal.

18:24 Speaker 1: If I made any comment to these four men, I

18:26 Speaker 1: would then be required to report these men to their

18:29 Speaker 1: commander and to their chain of command. Then I would

18:33 Speaker 1: also be required to report this to our security personnel,

18:37 Speaker 1: not to mention those officers within my own chain of command.

18:42 Speaker 1: There would have been dozens of people involved in it

18:45 Speaker 1: would have been an absolutely major issue. This seemed to

18:49 Speaker 1: me to be a career deciding outcome, quickly making my

18:54 Speaker 1: choice to avoid commenting on that odd video. Therefore, I

18:59 Speaker 1: remarked that the major skin leash and was not cancrous

19:02 Speaker 1: and stated that I had to return to my clinic.

19:05 Speaker 1: I rapidly left that building and never returned throughout the

19:10 Speaker 1: rest of my time at Cape Canaveral. During my drive

19:14 Speaker 1: back to Patrick from the Cape, this was about a

19:18 Speaker 1: thirty minute drive, I was angered and concerned about what

19:22 Speaker 1: I had witnessed. I finally conclusively decided that I could

19:27 Speaker 1: not report this event to anyone due to the possible

19:30 Speaker 1: range of unknown reprocations I might receive as a consequence

19:35 Speaker 1: of making such a bizarre report. I think down through

19:40 Speaker 1: the years, we know of Air Force, Navy, and commercial

19:45 Speaker 1: pilots who have seen things and afterwards chosen not to

19:51 Speaker 1: file a report. Well, that's essentially what I was doing. Therefore,

19:55 Speaker 1: for more than thirty years, I kept silent about this

19:59 Speaker 1: entire adventure having had this experience. However, the later whistleblower

20:05 Speaker 1: videos in recent testimony before Congress in the last few

20:09 Speaker 1: years have captured my attention. Late in twenty twenty three,

20:14 Speaker 1: I decided to try something. So I requested from the

20:18 Speaker 1: commander of the Navy's Professional Development Symposium or PDS, the

20:24 Speaker 1: permission to speak about the Navy's faaighteen videos of UAPs

20:30 Speaker 1: that they had captured on video during the lecture I

20:34 Speaker 1: was planning to provide for April of twenty twenty four.

20:38 Speaker 1: For several years in a row, I had given a

20:41 Speaker 1: series of specialized presentations to the PDS. I had previously spoken,

20:46 Speaker 1: for instance, about an introduction to Department and Defense explosive

20:51 Speaker 1: munitions to orient medical personnel to how they work. I

20:57 Speaker 1: discussed the keys to monitoring and preventing the development of

21:01 Speaker 1: anemia in TNT and tritonel production workers, a lecture on

21:09 Speaker 1: hazardous and noise evaluation and abatement methods, and I'd even

21:15 Speaker 1: given a lecture about the recognition and treatment of worldwide

21:20 Speaker 1: entomology threats or insect or vector borne illnesses that would

21:27 Speaker 1: threaten our military personnel deploy to dangerous places around the

21:31 Speaker 1: entire planet. So these were what I had previously talked about.

21:37 Speaker 1: After a couple of emails back and forth, I was

21:39 Speaker 1: given permission to explicitly discuss UAPs during my April twenty

21:45 Speaker 1: twenty four PDS lecture. The lecture was titled Human Factors

21:50 Speaker 1: in Identification of Aircraft, military drones and other aerial Phenomena.

21:56 Speaker 1: Having sent a copy of my slide presentation to the

22:00 Speaker 1: EDS personnel, it was approved for me to deliver. To

22:05 Speaker 1: make certain there were no other conflicts, I sent my

22:07 Speaker 1: slight presentation to the public affairs officers at both Fortsille,

22:11 Speaker 1: Oklahoma and at the McAllister Army Ammunition Plant, where I

22:16 Speaker 1: worked at that time. I received approval from both sets

22:20 Speaker 1: of these officers. Therefore, I gave my presentation in April

22:24 Speaker 1: of twenty twenty four. For the final fifteen minutes or so,

22:28 Speaker 1: I discussed the Navy's release of official footage of UAPs

22:32 Speaker 1: as recorded by Naval eighty eators that included visual and

22:38 Speaker 1: auditory confirmation that FA eighteen Super Hornet crews had witness, recorded,

22:44 Speaker 1: and reported the UAPs that they had intercepted. Then this

22:50 Speaker 1: evidence had been declassified by the Department of Defense and

22:54 Speaker 1: fully released to the public. In my lecture, I discussed

22:58 Speaker 1: my personal opinion that these vehicles exhibited black characters that

23:03 Speaker 1: could not at all be duplicated by any human technology

23:07 Speaker 1: that I knew of from either the DoD or NASSA.

23:11 Speaker 1: The presentation was very well received, and I even received

23:15 Speaker 1: a letter of congratulations for the presentation I gave that day.

23:20 Speaker 1: It was from the same commander of the PDS who

23:22 Speaker 1: had approved my presentation to begin with. With this in mind,

23:27 Speaker 1: now I have fully retired from the Governmental Defense Health Agency,

23:32 Speaker 1: I have decided to release this complete information about what

23:35 Speaker 1: I witnessed back in nineteen ninety two. I have seen

23:39 Speaker 1: and heard the recent presentations given to members of Congress

23:43 Speaker 1: about UAPs. I recently have heard a number of members

23:47 Speaker 1: of Congress expressed their desire to hear more of the

23:50 Speaker 1: experience of any additional whistleblowers who had come forward. They

23:56 Speaker 1: have certainly encouraged any other Department of Defense employees to

23:59 Speaker 1: tell testify concerning their own information about UAPs. I've specifically

24:05 Speaker 1: heard testimony of whistleblowers who have firmly declared that the

24:10 Speaker 1: government has attempted to reverse engineer technology based on UAPs,

24:15 Speaker 1: especially last November. Therefore, I felt I could provide confirmation

24:22 Speaker 1: about these reports, and therefore I'm presenting my story. For

24:27 Speaker 1: one thing, someone had to design and manufacture the vehicle

25:30 Speaker 1: of propulsion for all of the aircraft I'd flown, flown in,

25:45 Speaker 1: that's how airplanes and helicopters fly. Second, it was able

25:50 Speaker 1: to maintain it til the flight configuration, all holding a

25:53 Speaker 1: stable forty five degree forward angle of attack. I have

25:56 Speaker 1: personally piloted both fixed wing and rotary aircraft, and none

26:01 Speaker 1: of them ever have the capability to maintain stability in

26:06 Speaker 1: the manner that this craft demonstrated. Thirdly, with the exception

26:19 Speaker 1: been given to the members of the Department and Defense

26:23 Speaker 1: discussing UAPs or vehicles such as I've described. I feel

26:40 Speaker 1: see similar or other advanced technology, they deserve to be

27:41 Speaker 1: my report may stimulate others to reveal whatever they have

27:46 Speaker 1: similarly witnessed. In conclusion, I absolutely resent being part of

27:57 Speaker 1: participate in those events. I had my entire career going on.

28:40 Speaker 1: all of mankind may see that we live on by

28:43 Speaker 1: the tiny speck of land and sea, on a tiny

28:46 Speaker 1: blue planet within a great and fabulous universe. Moreover, we

28:51 Speaker 1: are not alone in this amazing universe. Realizing this, may

28:56 Speaker 1: we citizens of our world finally learn to treat our

29:00 Speaker 1: human neighbors with kindness and peace, for this is the

29:04 Speaker 1: only planet we possess. Our national and religious differences are

29:09 Speaker 1: far less than what we might share with extraterrestrial visitors

29:13 Speaker 1: who might already be amongst us. May God bless us all,
